Mix everything together. Set aside.
1 pound ground pork (other type of meat may be substituted)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon MGS (substitute sugar if you don’t want MSG)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Sauté the ground pork with garlic until the partially cooked. Add salt, MSG and black pepper. Continue stirring until cooked. Add the green onion, cilantro and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn off.
Making of the wrap:
1. Place crepe pan (or non-stick skillet) on stove and add low heat. Once the pan is hot, add wrap mixture and slowly work a think layer evenly throughout the pan. Let cook until the wrap looks solid and somewhat transparent.
2. Once it is solid, you should be able to work it off the pan and onto a plate. Use spatula if necessary (a silicone spatula works pretty well).
3. Take the meat mixture and add to the wrap.
4. Carefully roll the wrap around the meat (the wrap if somewhat fragile so handle with care).
Serve with peanut sauce. Go here for peanut sauce recipe.
