Heat wok and oil. When very hot and garlic, ginger, onion, a dash of m.s.g. and salt and stir-fry until ingredients becom pungent. Add beef, two dashes of salt and a dash of m.s.g. and stir-fry until beff is cooked. Add oyster sauce and fry for 30 more seconds. Taste-test and add more salt if desired. Serve with rice.

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 small onion, sliced thinly
1/2 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced thinly into bit-sized pieces
1 Tbslp. oyster sauce
